Does anyone have the link to the place that sends
the free ACIM books to prisoners? I think they
used to post or send emails asking for donations
for this, but I know someone who is interested
and I'd like to have a book sent to. Thanks

Its all an illusion. I'm not even posting this.

LOL Actually, I found a lot of sites, but they
all seemed to be looking for donations (money)
I can also see it as prisoners (or anyone) doesn't
need anything. I just have to change MY MIND.

Too funny, 'we' thinking/believing 'we'
are/have or could be/have something like
a separate self?

ACIM, if I recall correctly, talks a lot
about God and 'his' creation/Son, about
how 'his' Son has fragmented into (a dream
of) many (split minds). Is not the very
idea of 'God and Son' the most fundamental
illusion/split of all?

Isn't it extremely strange that the speed
of light is an ABSOLUTE constant? As far
as 'my' little mind can figure, beyond the
speed of light - time and space 'collapse'
to 'nothing', eventually into the/another
'realization' that time and space in Truth
are always pure/mere abstractions.

If so, are ideas of changing the future,
of changing a/'our' separate little mind/s
not totally absurd, since from an absolute
POV all time is already over in the same
instant time 'arises'?

Is any 'creation' of any 'you' at all
possible without some 'creation' of
illusion and denial? How real can any
'not me' and 'not mine' be? Finally :)

Amen, the foundational illusion that we could be a separate self. Upon
acceptance all experience within the acceptance realm is as real seeming as
pre acceptance. It is only illusory because the premise it is based on is
false.

You're right -- God and Son from this perspective is a split but assume from
top down perspective it is all inclusive.

According to science?????? the laws (like speed of light, gravity, mass,
etc.) did not exist for a considerable span after the "big bang" they were
made up afterward. Form did not burst into a law governed realm. Which
seems consistent with the mind building a world of duality.

I'm with you I'm guessing. Time has to be emanating from the timeless.
Time has to be contained within a mind that is "being" (a verb) a time,
space, matter thinking being. From this stance there is no time there is
only mind being a particular way and in this seemingness we are experiencing
it being time, space, matter, and distortion of true Being.

Think I get your point. There can't be a "you" within reality at least as
"you" is defined from this viewpoint. As long as there is an exclusive you,
a you that is not I then illusion reigns.

Thanks X,
Pretty awesome stuff so far, had to give up on reading it on the puter so
just printed it so I can possibly digest it a little better. Love what I've
read so far (just cuz I agree with it) afraid of our non-existence not
death, why we've made up all these stories about transcending death maybe.

I like the line from Lesson 248 "What dies was never living in reality, and
did but mock the truth about myself." And L 163 & 167 also pretty clear
about "death".

Anyway, I think I'm going to savor Mr. Loy's article, thanks. If I can
wrestle it into submission and something pops out I'll report back.
