Is the CoT part of the Manual?

I think when the ACIM was sold as 3 separate books, the CoT was in the 3rd
book perhaps?

In the first edition of the 3 in one book it's in the Manual, pages 73-86.
The "epilogue" is the last page 87. It might be on different pages in the
2nd edition (the one that was numbered) Good question, I had to look in my
book, I never thought of it before.
