It is, imo, the Son's complete freedom which made
that the tiny mad idea (of separation from God) could
seduce him and be attractive to him, so that he started
to believe in it, instead of laughing at it. He (I) felt free
to separate himself (myself) from the Father, apparently
without realizing that it means being cut off of life at all,
which would be death. That is impossible of course,
since God only creates the eternal.

Why is the separation something bad, or not good? The Sonship could split
off into tiny parts, in order to experience something, like form. The
problem (which I also don't think is wrong or bad) was forgetting the Truth.
I once read a book by Ken Wapnick that explained about how all this
happened, or how he thought it did, and it said something like that. Like
splitting off and experiencing form (in different ways) then losing track of
the Whole and Truth, getting caught up in form, thinking it is real and all
there is.
Makes sense to me.

Without "forgetting the Truth" in order
"to experience something, like form",
like human form/drama, would not be as
convincingly/seemingly real as it is,
to us humans, would it? According to ACIM,
from the world's and/or a human POV, the
Son is God, a sleeping/insane God. When
I ponder about that (theory), it seems
clear to me, that the God of the Bible
must be identical with ACIM's crazy Son.

The separation is an illusion,
which is not "good" or "bad".
However, belief in it as if it were real
entails the experience of sin, guilt, fear,
suffering etc., and the absence of lasting
peace and happiness.

Yeah, so if you like pain, suffering and death, I guess it's not so
bad at all. lol! I see Miss Relativity is still on the job.
