Scientists have discovered an amazing fact about the sounds of the ebb
and flow of ocean tides, people's voices, dolphin cries, and bird and
cricket chirps. They sound the same! When researchers slow down voice
recordings of people, they discover the people's voices sound like the
ebb and flow of ocean tides. Then when researchers speed up the
recordings, people's voices sound like dolphin cries. Speeded up more,
like bird chirps. Even more like crickets. And guess what crickets
chirps sound like slowed down? Yep. First like birds. Then dolphins.
Then people.

But wait! There's more. While examining the recordings of spacecrafts
Voyager I and II at the California Institute for Human Science,
scientists discover the same sounds! NASA recordings from outer space
sound remarkably like ocean sounds, choirs of voices singing,
dolphins, birds and crickets. Additionally, sounds produced by the
rings of Uranus are virtually identical to those produced by Tibetan
bowls. Researchers believe that this similarity is no coincidence.
Scientific medical studies are discovering that the sound vibrations
of dolphins, Tibetan bowls and choirs have a profound healing effect.
Could this be the collective unconscious that Carl Jung refers to? A
living collective library that contains all the knowledge of the
Universe? Stay tuned!

Further, according to biophysicist Gariaev, light directly transduced

sound governs the holographic projection to 3-D of our DNA. Could
things BE any clearer? All things are one.

As above so below.

But on the other hand, we have free will and can create realities
that are _not_ accurate 'reflections' of the basic order. The
seemingly objective reality is _our_ creation.

We are such amazing magicians that we have managed to create a
world in which magick does not seem to exist.

That's why the evidence for the truth can seem to be so scant and
scattered.

But you are right. It is always there.

You are very right, Carrie, though the 'magick' depicted in those
books (I've read them all :-) doesn't work outside of fantasy
novels and movies.

You can't use magick and put it back into a drawer until you
need it again.

Magick is what we _are_. It's how reality works.

And there are no rituals in real magick. There are no
formulaic actions or words that will make things happen
magickally.

Nor is anything physical necessary or helpful with magick.

Nor is appealing to some supposed super-being to do magick
for you, magick.

People who think that magick is some kind of paratechnology,
an invisible box that you can learn to press the right
buttons on, have a lot to learn.

But it's a good first step. The entire 'neo-pagan' movement
(which includes ceremonial magick) is about this first step.

I always like the name "pagan". It sounds so what I am
(unofficially) I guess if I wanted to be, and feel need to be
labeled something. Otherwise I am just me, whatever that is
at the time, and whatever I'm seen as to someone else.
I think that is a fair, objective label for what you and I
are. Although "new age" wouldn't be off the mark, either.
I once got involved in a phone survey (the woman said
"only a few minutes" and it turned into more like 20. Forget
what it was about, at the time, maybe everything (politics,
TV or something) At the end she said there was an option of
telling what is your religious beliefs? I said "human being on
the planet earth, doing the best I can, like everyone else".
She laughed and said "I can' fit that in the space" I said
"what about New Age?" She said yes, that would fit. I wonder if
I should have said.... "blissninny and proud of it" (LOL)
ROTFL :-)
You tell 'em, girl. Belief in Good without the Evil is the
one of the best things we can do for ourselves and the planet.
Good to find someone else who understands this.
I once read a story about Edgar Cayce. How someone had come to him
complaining about "the state of the world" (in 1930's) how terrible
everything was, world conditions, economy, etc.
Cayce told him "just be the best person YOU know how to be and live
your life that way and the rest of the world will take care of itself".

Scientists have discovered an amazing fact about the
sounds of the ebb and flow of ocean tides, people's
voices, dolphin cries, and bird and cricket chirps.
They sound the same! When researchers slow down voice
recordings of people, they discover the people's voices
sound like the ebb and flow of ocean tides. Then
when researchers speed up the recordings, people's
voices sound like dolphin cries. Speeded up more, like
bird chirps. Even more like crickets. And guess what
crickets chirps sound like slowed down? Yep. First like
birds. Then dolphins. Then people.
But wait! There's more. While examining the recordings
of spacecrafts Voyager I and II at the California
Institute for Human Science, scientists discover the
same sounds! NASA recordings from outer space sound
remarkably like ocean sounds, choirs of voices singing,
dolphins, birds and crickets. Additionally, sounds
produced by the rings of Uranus are virtually identical
to those produced by Tibetan bowls. Researchers
believe that this similarity is no coincidence.
Scientific medical studies are discovering that the
sound vibrations of dolphins, Tibetan bowls and
choirs have a profound healing effect. Could this be
the collective unconscious that Carl Jung refers to?
A living collective library that contains all the
knowledge of the Universe? Stay tuned!
As above so below.
But on the other hand, we have free will and can create
realities that are _not_ accurate 'reflections' of the
basic order. The seemingly objective reality is _our_
creation.
We are such amazing magicians that we have managed to
create a world in which magick does not seem to exist.
This is sort of what the Harry Potter books are about.
I think they are "metaphysical" teachings. In a good way.
Helping people understand. In the guise of entertainment
and children's books.
You are very right, Carrie, though the 'magick' depicted
in those books (I've read them all :-) doesn't work
outside of fantasy novels and movies.
You can't use magick and put it back into a drawer until
you need it again.
Magick is what we _are_. It's how reality works.
I agree. And, the idea that anything and everything
is real and possible if we believe it is. If anything is
possible, everything is.
An infinite number of things are possible, but there are
some things that are not.
Physical immortality is not possible. Not-being is not
possible. Harming any being is not possible without their
consent. Killing any being is impossible.
And so on. There is order everywhere. And breaking the real
Laws of God is impossible.

And there are no rituals in real magick. There are no
formulaic actions or words that will make things happen
magickally.
I know this. Rituals just h elp the person getting into
alignment and "believe:". You can make up your own rituals
and spells, if you need them.
I wouldn't call a spell a ritual. A spell is just a general
description of the reality you want to change-to or
manifest. The exact words don't matter. There are many ways
of expressing any single idea. More for a group of them.

Cayce is one my 'heroes'.

He could see people's auras for much of his life, and one day
was on the uppper floors of a high-rise waiting for an elevator
to the bottom.

When it stopped at his floor and the door opened, he noticed
that the people in their had no auras. So he didn't board.

The elevator fell many stories and supposedly killed the
people in it, but they were actually already dead. They'd
left their bodies and were just disposing of them.

I wonder how often variations on this theme happen. A lot,
would be my guess. There are no accidents.
